CLEANSE, TONE + MOISTURIZE
Following our 3-Step System of Cleanse, Tone, and Moisturize twice per day gives your skin the stable, nurturing foundation it needs to find a healthy balance naturally.

Medik8 Surface Radiance Cleanser or Mesoestetic Purifying Muse
- Step 2
Medik8 Pore Minimizing Tonic, Refresh Toner, Mesoestetic hydratonic mist
- Step 3
Active serum+ moisturiser to be chosen for your kin type
If your skin is totally out of whack, inflamed, overly sensitive, or broken out we recommend following these 3 simple steps twice daily for a week or two. Refrain from using other facial products during this time except our Medik8 Blemish SOS or Dr Eckstein Azulen paste Acne Spot Treatments on pimples. Once your skin has calmed down and found a natural balance, you can slowly begin to add other products into your skincare routine one by one.
If possible, or as much as possible during the first 1-2 weeks while your skin resets, try not to use makeup and sunscreen. Both makeup and sunscreen can clog pores and aggravate acne and sensitive skin conditions. If you’re going to to be out in the sun, you’ll most likely need sunscreen. Just do your best and pay attention to how your skin reacts, and remove it as soon as you are out of the sun.
Once your skin normalizes and resets, you can add in other products slowly so you’re able to figure out if you are sensitive/reactive to a specific product so you can eliminate that irritant from your routine
From the 3 step foundation, you can supplement your skincare routine with a seasonal and/or skin-type specific serum 1-2 times daily. Add a facial mask 1-2 times per week to complete your customized ritual for healthy, glowing skin.
Within the first week you will see and feel your skin begin to reset, as it’s nurtured by nature, back into balance.
We suggest that you take a little extra time for your facial care routine .Give your face a gentle massage. Facial massage is beneficial for healthy lymph flow which reduces puffiness and inflammation, aids in oxygenation and detoxification of your skin cells.
You can use ASAP Deluxe Facial Cloth followed by appropriate cleanser to remove makeup, but be really careful and gentle around any active pimples. Deluxe Facial Cloth will effectively remove all traces of makeup cleansers, so no need for scrubbing and then follow with right tonic, serum and moisturiser.
Even if your skin is on the oily side, you still need moisturizer. Not using moisturizer actually aggravates oily skin, causing your sebaceous glands to overreact and over-produce oil. This type of oil imbalance is often accompanied with redness, irritation, generally unhappy skin, along with an increased likelihood of clogged pores and breakouts.
Use this skincare system as a healthy foundation for your daily routine and remember to come back to the basics if your acne and irritation flare up again and have you monthly facials to professionally cleanse, detox and rejuvenate your skin
