2. Be proactive with your cleaning

It is essential to clean skin from makeup before you go to bed. It can cause severe damage to your skin during the night. The skin rejuvenates itself while you sleep, and when you leave makeup on, you are blocking that from happening.

Note: There’s no point cleansing your skin and investing in a good skincare routine when all you’re going to do is sleep on a dirty pillowcase. So it’s important you wash your sheets, switch your towels regularly and alternate your pillowcase, not forgetting to deep clean your makeup brushes, and of course, remembering to wash your hands on a regular basis.
